When I delete my character, do my Saga Tokens disappear?
    Players only receive 100 Saga Tokens upon joining Ninja Saga , but not every time you are creating a new character. In other words, if you delete your character and create a new one, the new character will have the same Saga Token balance that the deleted one used to have.

Can I inactivate my NS account?
    Once your Facebook ID has been stored to Ninja Saga Database there is no way that you can erase it. There would be no refunds for the Saga Tokens used.

My account is disabled (permanently)!
    There can be a few reasons for suspending your account:
    • Continuous hacking / cheating
    • No re-activation will be granted for malicious hackers.Ninja Saga has zero tolerance to hackers. If you have continuously hacked the game system, your account will be suspended permanently.
    • If you have hacked Saga Tokens, you have to pay for the amount of Saga Tokens you hacked to re-activate the account.
  • Fraud payment / Unauthorized payment / Payment cancelled
    You have to settle the payment with additional service charge to re-activate your account
  • Payment on Hold (PayPal)
    Your account is temporarily disabled because PayPal is currently holding a payment you made earlier as they suspected the buyer's funding source and therefore further investigation is needed. You are advise to contact PayPal immediately to resolve the case: www.paypal.com Once PayPal confirmed the legitimacy of the payment, your account will be re-activated within 3 business days.

I cannot load my character!
  • If you have tried to cheat / hack the game, you will be not be able to load the involved character again. Please start a new character.
  • If you did not hack, please refresh the page.
    • ** Ninja Saga will not delete player's characters.

I lost my character!
  • Have you accidentally pressed DELETE and type it instead of PLAY?
  • Have you shared your Facebook or other social networking accounts with someone else?
  • Have you logged out from your account if you were playing Ninja Saga at a public venue?
    • Ninja Saga will not delete player's characters. Plus, we do not provide any character recovery service. ** You are advised not to share your Facebook / NS account with others. Always remember to log out if you are playing in a public venue (e.g. internet cafe)!

My XP does not move!
  • If you are Lv20, you have to pass all 5 parts of Chunin Exam to proceed.
    (Chunin Exam can be found in Special Event Mission when you reach Lv20)
  • If you are Lv40, you have to pass all 5 parts of Jounin Exam to proceed.
    (Jounin Exam can be found in Special Event Mission when you reach Lv40)
  • If you are Lv60, you have reached level cap. Just wait patiently, new level cap will be announced from time to time.

What is level cap? What is the current level cap?
    A level cap is the maximum level a player can reach (temporary). When a player reached level cap, the character will stop gaining XP until a new level cap is announced. The current level cap is Lv60. If you are Lv20 or Lv40 and cannot gain XP, don't panic! Lv20 players have to pass all 5 parts of Chunin Exam to proceed, while Lv40 players have to pass all 5 parts of Jounin Exam to proceed. (The exams can be found in Special Event Mission when you reach Lv20 / Lv40)

How many characters can I create?
  • Free users: 1 character only
  • Premium users: up to 6 characters

How do I switch to another character?
    You may refresh the page to switch to another character.

Can I use special characters for my character name?
    By now, you may only use Alphabets, and / or numbers, and / or underscores for character names.

Does my character's gender have any effects on how the game is played?
    No. Whether your character is male or female has no effect on how the game is played. The only thing it affects is your character's appearance and the costumes. Well... but Ninja Saga is full of surprise! Who knows if there will be any special effects in the future?

How can I change the appearance of my characters?
    You may go to the Style Shop in the Village and change your appearance.
  • Free users: 300 Saga Tokens per customization
  • Premium users: free customization

How can my character re-gain HP?
    In general, your HP will be filled up automatically once you are back to the Village. When you are in missions / battles, you may use Heath Scrolls to restore certain amount of HP; some skills also add HP to the character.

How can my character re-gain CP?
    In general, your CP will be filled up automatically once you are back to the Village. When you are in missions / battles, you may use Chakra Scrolls to restore certain amount of CP; some skills also add CP to the character.

How can I increase my maximum HP?
    Each time when you level up, your maximum HP will increase by 40. Each attribute point invested to Earth will also increase your maximum HP by 30.

How can I increase my maximum CP?
    Each time when you level up, your maximum CP will increase by 40. Each attribute point invested to Water will also increase your maximum CP by 30.

How can my character level up?
    Gain XP and accumulate to the required amount and you can unlock new levels.

How can my character gain XP?
    You can gain XP by:
  • Complete missions
  • Complete Daily Task (but you may get other rewards too)
  • Win a Challenge Friend battle
  • Complete a practice battle

What are attribute points? How do they affect my character / ninjutsu?
    Attribute points are used to improve your character's skills. Investing different elements of attribute points will affect the element skill damage, add and improve special ability such as agility, critical chace and purify chance to the character.
  • Fire: Increase 1% damage of all Fire ninjutsu and 0.4% damage of all other attacks + Increase combustion chance by 0.4%
  • Water: Increase 1% damage of all Water ninjutsu + Increase purify chance by 0.4% + Increase maximum CP by 30
  • Thunder: Increase 1% damage of all Thunder ninjutsu + Increase critical chance by 0.4%
  • Earth: Increase 1% damage of all Earth ninjutsu + Increase reactive force chance by 0.4% + Increase maximum HP by 30
  • Wind: Increase 1% damage of all Wind ninjutsu + Increase dodge rate by 0.4% + Increase agility by 1

How do I gain attribute points?
    A free attribute point is given each time you level up.
